OSTWIND Gewerbe-Bau GmbH builds and manages turnkey projects up to the point of handover to the owner.
Our realization of wind farms takes place in close coordination with all participants on-site right from the very beginning, i. e. with authorities and municipal councils as well as neighbours, farmers and landowners. It is also a characteristic of OSTWIND that we prefer to engage companies from the region to carry out the construction works.
OSTWIND cooperates with powerful partners, including all commonly known manufacturers of wind turbines. Therefore you as the investor can be ascertained that each of our wind farms is equipped with manufacturer independent and state-of-the-art technology.
Optionally, we integrate our own online monitoring and measurement systems in order to control and optimize the performance of the plants for you and to ensure long-term operability. As such, warranty claims against manufacturers can also be quickly identified and processed more easily.
As a result and at the end of the line we hand over a turnkey wind farm which economically as well as ecologically has been perfectly developed, which in legal aspects is comprehensively secured, and that is ? last but not least ? technically configured to an optimum extent.
