OSTWIND examines the areas of land, measures the volume of wind in accordance with certified standards and estimates the return that can be expected. We check all relevant criteria such as the distance from populated areas or natural conservation guidelines.
We pay particular attention to ensuring that the area of land can be put to use as swiftly as possible. OSTWIND takes care of all the project development work, including the complete approval process, all of the organisation when it comes to planning and construction right through to connection to the mains power grid.
The amount of land taken up here is minimal: For a wind turbine, OSTWIND uses only the amount of land which is actually required for it. You can continue to use the rest of the land for farming or forestry purposes. In addition, we improve the infrastructure and preserve its value by looking after and maintaining it.
